New Name. New Focus. New Er'rythang

Hola Peepolas!! I was thnking over the past week that naming the blog "styliCITY" would imply things that this blog is NOT about. Soooo, I've done some quick soul searching and decided to change the name. To what? I haven't searched my soul that long to find out, but do expect a new name and yet another new look. I am simply trying to find something that fits. It just drives me crazy to be compelled to be all about fashion and things of that nature when in actuality that's not all me. I'm all about style, fashion, beauty and these great things, but its not ALL of who I AM. So I needed to make a statement that would encompass ALL of ME!

What I've Been Up To...

Hola Peeps, I just wanted to drop by and let you all know that I've been working on a new header and overall, layout for the blog. The current one was something I did quickly to set it up. But I am working on something new. I am open to suggestions. One of the things I am definitely changing is the sub-title. I rarely discuss politics, not to say that I don't actively follow them, I just don't really discuss them. They're not that attractive to me. (Ha ha) However, I am trying very hard to get into the habit of updating the blog with fashion, makeup and music and things (basically stuff that I am immersed in).

So again, I am up for suggestions and request for things to see.

White Jean Blues

So yesterday, I woke up, looked in my closet and thought to myself "Self," myself said "Hmm", I proceeded with "what will I wear that I haven't already worn? What will make me look like I've intentionally tried to style myself today?" and myself said "What about those brand new white skinnty [yes you read right] jeans you've just bought?" and in that instant a light bulb went off. So I scoured my dresser and chest draws looking for the right top to go with the outfit in the making and nothing seemed to suite me.

So finally, I gave up and decided to do what I know how to do best, roam youtube until I can come up with a solution. LIGHT BULB!
